Got It! The PerfectCoaches Game
WHEN WE THINK OF GAMES WE THINK OF PLAYING THEM FOR FUN, BUT GAMES ARE ALSO A WIDELY USED LEARNING DEVICE
PerfectCoaches is not only designed to become a habit, it’s designed to be an enjoyable habit. It’s a simple, powerful tool that can help you learn specific skills or change the entire trajectory of your life. It works best if you enjoy it and make it part of your daily routine.
We have also created Got It! The PerfectCoaches Game. The term “Got It!” refers to a feature in the app that lets you declare that you have mastered a new habit or skill.
Used either as a learning game or a party game, Got It! The PerfectCoaches Game is based on a thought experiment where “celebrity motivation coaches” help players master best practice habits, either as individuals or as members of a team. The game includes both “best habits” and “bad habits” to make it more interesting. Buy the card game. As an optional feature, you can download the app, keep track of your Got It! score, and interact with an automated motivation coach created for the game.
Create Your Own Rules
Because Got It! is a game of creativity it can be played many ways, if you already own the game, be creative and make up you own rules. Here are some examples:
1. The game can be “reversed” where the judge deals 7 Habit cards and reveals one Coach card at a time. Players play Habit cards, and the judge decides which Habit best suits the Coach. (edited)
2. For Solitaire or two person play, lay out 10 Habit cards that interest you. Pair them each with a Coach who could teach that Habit. Write down the pairs and lay out the ten Coaches cards. Shuffle the Habit deck, then play the Habit cards one a time, saying "Got It" when the Habit goes with the Coach you identified earlier. Play as long as you like until each Habit has been paired with a Coach.
